How to Loop YouTube Videos

To loop a video on the YouTube desktop site, right-click on the video and select Loop. If you're using a mobile device, you can do the same thing if you load the desktop website in your mobile browser, or you can download apps that will allow you to quickly loop videos.

1. Visit YouTube in your browser. If you're on a mobile device and the YouTube mobile site opens, tap the ⋮ button in the upper-right corner and then tap "Desktop."
   
   • The mobile site does not have a loop option.
2. Open the video you want to loop.
   
3. Right-click on the video. If you're using a Macbook, use two fingers to click.^[1] If you're on a mobile device, press and hold with your finger.
   
4. Click . This will enable looping for the video.
   
5. Play the video. While Loop is enabled, the video will continue to reload and repeat every time it finishes. This feature is available in all browsers and for all videos if you're using the YouTube desktop site.^[2]

1. Tap the Play Store icon on your device. You cannot loop using the YouTube app, so you'll need to use a special app that will loop for you.
   
2. Tap the bar.
   
3. Type .
   
4. Tap ListenOnRepeat.
   
5. Tap the button.
   
6. Tap the button. This appears after installation is complete. You can also tap the ListenOnRepeat app in your app list.
   
7. Tap .
   
8. Type your search terms. The app uses the same search as YouTube, so you should be able to easily find your videos.
   
9. Tap the video you want to loop.
   
10. Watch your looped video. Your video will continue to loop until you stop it or close the app.^[3]
    

EditiPhone and iPad

1. Tap the App Store. The YouTube mobile app for iOS cannot loop videos, so you'll have to download an app that can do it for you.
   
2. Tap the tab.
   
3. Type .
   
4. Tap next to 4Repeat.
   
5. Tap .
   
6. Tap . This appears after the app has downloaded and installed. You can also tap the 4Repeat app on one of your Home screens.
   
7. Tap the tab.
   
8. Type the search terms to find a video.
   
9. Tap the video you want to loop.
   
10. Tap the button at the top of the video. It looks like two arrows pointed at each other forming a square.
    
11. Tap .
    
12. Type the number of times you want to loop the video.
    
13. Tap .
    
14. Tap the button to watch the looped video.
