Becoming More Attractive

Eat right and drink enough water. That healthy, hearty glow starts with your diet. Nutritionists recommend that the average person eat 5 portions of fruits and veggies and get their share of fiber, dairy, and protein. Plus 6-8 glasses of water each day is a must. This leaves you hydrated and makes your skin thrive.

Think positive thoughts. It sounds corny, but there’s research to back it up. When you keep your attitude positive and look on the bright side, it reduces stress and anxiety, which in turn can prevent wrinkles, breakouts, and other blemishes. We know it’s not easy to be optimistic all the time, but at least try to find the silver linings!

Appreciate beauty in others. It’s easy to be hard on yourself, but it’s harder to be so tough on other people. As you go about your day, try to find one thing that’s beautiful about everyone you encounter. Not only will it make you happier, but you’ll start to recognize those features in yourself, and you’ll love the way you look.

Style yourself how you want, not how others want. A big part of beauty is feeling like your best self, and your style is a great way to do that. Dress yourself in a way that makes you happy, not just in a way that follows trends, or how you think other people want you to look. When you own your style, you’re in control, and you feel better about yourself.
